Understanding Terms & Conditions

In the context of a dance studio, Terms and Conditions (T&C) outline the legal framework governing the interactions between the studio and its students or visitors. These terms are essential for establishing the rights and responsibilities of both parties and providing clarity on issues such as class participation, payments, studio policies, and more. As each dance studio is unique, the T&C should be carefully crafted to align with its specific nature and offerings. It's crucial to seek legal guidance to tailor the T&C to your dance studio's requirements and ensure legal compliance.

Student Guidelines

Students are expected to attend class on time and wear the proper attire i.e, leotards, tights, and ballet slippers.  Students are responsible for the cost associated with these items.  Hair has to be tied up in a bun.  For your safety, all students must wait inside the dance studio for their parents or guardians.  Students are expected to clean up after themselves and keep the studio clean.  Students must inform the school in advance if they will be absent.  Salt Lake Chinese Dance does not allow inappropriate language, or disrespectful behavior of any kind and reserves the right to suspend and/or dismiss students who misbehave in class.  Please keep your voices down, show respect to your teachers, and fellow students.
